Do I need to buy a new domain?

No. Use the domain you already have (or buy one anywhere). You only add a few DNS records at the website where you bought it.

Will my website stop working?

No. The records we give you only affect email. Your website stays exactly where it is.

Can I use my phone's mail app?

You can read and write mail in our webmail on any device. Your phone's own mail app can send through us, but reading mail there isn't available yet.

What if I stop paying?

After a short grace period your email pauses and your messages stay safe. Pay again and everything comes back.
